Rutina de ejercicios sencillos y prácticos en casa para tonificar y fortalecer glúteos y piernas / Simple and practical exercise routine at home to tone and strengthen buttocks and legs
🕑 Estiramientos y calentamiento / Stretching and warm-up 🕑
Before starting any movement of our physical activity, it is important and advisable to prepare our muscles and joints, so that they can be ready when it comes to exerting force with each exercise. Then, we will begin by doing a warm-up, and basic stretching, doing the movements on each side in a time of 10 seconds for each part of the body.
Sentadilla lateral / Side squat
To perform this exercise, you must perform the same movement of the classic squat, but this time bending the weight of the body on one of the knees, then perform the hip flexion with the legs open 90 degrees and slightly lean the body to the side, supporting the weight on the soles of the feet.Then, return to the starting position and perform the same movement by leaning to the other side.This exercise can be performed in sets of 5 executing 6 of these squats alternately.
Ejercicio patada de burro / Donkey kick exercise
For this exercise you can perform the kick with the leg fully straight, doing repetitions quickly, raising and lowering the leg slowly, to begin, place yourself on the floor on all fours or with your forearms resting on the ground, as is more comfortable for you and start lifting One of the legs keeping it bent at 90 degrees and then raise it until it is slightly above the hip and you feel the glute working. Repeat the movement before the knee touches the ground and after 15 repetitions, move to the opposite leg executing the movement simultaneously.
Sentadilla sumo / Sumo squat
To perform this exercise we must start standing up with a straight back, as with the rest of squats. with the difference that we will place the feet at the distance from the shoulders, separating the legs more and making sure that the tips of your feet look slightly towards the sides of the body, then bend the knees 90 degrees and pay attention to the buttocks, keeping the trunk straight, making force in the glutes and abdominals.
Puente con elevación de pierna / Leg lift bridge
For this exercise, do the classic bridge pose, but when you're at a point of reaching up and gluing your glute, keep one leg bent and supported. Raise and lower your waist and butt repeatedly, maintaining the elevation and alignment of the extended leg. This can be done in combination with both legs, doing 10 repetitions on each side.
It is an immense pleasure to be able to share this exercise routine that I do daily at home with the intention of continuing to improve the resistance in my entire body and in this way to improve my lifestyle, which is extremely important to enjoy good health. We only need good health, a positive attitude and the desire to eat the world to achieve our dreams regardless of their size, because anything is possible. Without a doubt, exercising helps us in many things, but above all it helps us to stay stress-free and also contribute to our self-esteem and emotional health, so if you are about to start, do not wait for Monday, the time is today.
