Rutina para fortalecer espalda y lumbares / Routine to strengthen back and lumbar
🕑 Estiramientos y calentamiento / Stretching and warm-up 🕑
Before starting our exercise routine, we will work by doing a warm-up, and basic stretching in order to obtain a greater scope with our exercises, ensuring that our joints, muscles and our body are in conditions to perform the exercises of this routine that today we will gladly I share with you.
Elevación de brazo y pierna contraria / Opposite arm and leg raise
For this exercise, we will position ourselves resting our legs on the ground, supporting our body with our knee, we will continue to raise one of our legs with the arm opposite the raised leg, without raising the trunk much since we can affect the lumbar area. This exercise can be done in 5 series with 5 repetitions.
Elevación de tronco boca abajo / limb elevation
For this exercise we will place ourselves face down on a mat, towel or mat. bringing our arms to the head area supporting them with our hands, what we will do is raise and lower the trunk at the same time as the legs, exerting the greatest pressure on the abdominal area. We can do this exercise in 10 series of 15 continuous repetitions.
Flexión con elevación de piernas/ Leg raise push-up
To finish our routine, what we will do is do our push-ups with leg lifts, thus distributing the weight of our body on the arms and legs. What we must do to carry out this exercise is to place ourselves on the floor, on a towel or soft element that prevents in a certain way we can mistreat ourselves or slip. We will continue reflecting our legs taking them to an intermediate point, while the arms will go up and down. We will do this exercise in 10 series of 7 repetitions each.
It is an immense pleasure to be able to share this exercise routine that I do daily at home with the intention of continuing to improve the resistance in my entire body and in this way to improve my lifestyle, which is extremely important to enjoy good health. We only need good health, a positive attitude and the desire to eat the world to achieve our dreams regardless of their size, because anything is possible. Without a doubt, exercising helps us in many things, but above all it helps us to stay stress-free and also contribute to our self-esteem and emotional health, so if you are about to start, do not wait for Monday, the time is today.
