Day off so decided to head out for the morning for a few hours. Wind was picking up as I was going but it was nice and sunny for most of the time. I chose the wrong time to leave. There were cars everywhere and it was crazy and tried to do my best to get away from them but there was no real way to do that. I was good when I got onto the bike paths, which was a lot safer and faster. I struggled a little after the 60km mark, I think just a lot been happening recently. Another good session done and hopefully another 4 more done before Townsville.
