Description from Strava: After my failed attempt yesterday to go for a run at noon, this morning I couldn't miss the opportunity to do so.
I got up very early but I was thankful for the cool outside temperature. I've included some core work midway through so the average speed is slower. In general I feel good although there is a lot to improve, especially at an aerobic level.
