Description from Strava: My training schedule has a 15 minute run after a four hour ride. Our ride was a bit longer than planned (which is all good) so I could have pulled the pin on the run but decided to get it done anyway. Really glad I did since I ran better than I would have expected. Now having a pie and coffee on the couch 😀
