@new.things just finished a 5.5km run, that lasted for 40 minutes.
This run helped new.things burn 352.0 calories.


Description from Strava: Strava2hive 6x400m intervals, finally some improvements that and the Vo2 max up slightly. A 10km flat run on Sunday helped lift last week's total mileage, and no hills seemed to have me a little fresher for today.

VO2 max 47 at your age is incredible.
I think not many people at your age can get this result.

We watched a show last night that said there is research out there, that people do not need to stop working out as hard as they can until after age 75. I still have lots of time left !LOL
