This is a weekly overview of my personal sports betting/trading results on teams from the Belgian Jupiler League documenting my journey toward long-term profit with some insights on my overall approach.

The Belgian League started again so I'm back handicapping and betting the matches with the goal to make long-term profit. This continues to be quite the challenge to say the least. So far I'm down this season but not as much as last season around this time which in the end still ended with profit. The reality though is that things really are getting harder and harder and I'm not sure that I will be able to get on a good run.

Most bets I take kind of feel like coinflips where I'm not really willing to go wild on which makes it so that my overall stakes remain small. This is not a bad thing as it mostly limits the downside. In the past there were many matches were in advance I had the grasp of 'they won't take that into account' but right now everything opens razor sharp with very high lined or low edge on the winners which kind of forces me to take the 'value' on the other side which is really hard to pull off and it comes with high variance.

So yeah, I'm not really sure how to go from here as crypto is taking more and more time while betting similar to previous years doesn't really look to be that profitable again. I continue to take bets where I believe there is a positive expected outcome and for now I'm not really changing much to that. I do have very cautious money management so nothing really bad can happen. So overall limited damage this week

I only had smaller pre-game bets that didn't make the cut to make it an official recommended bet. So things stayed as they were. I also haven't had many crypto bets and being invested in crypto betting platforms is far more profitable than trying to make money gambling.

So I reached a new low on the season and the general trend seems to be down as I'm getting further and further away from what I see as the expected pink profit line. It isn't the first time that there is a long streak of bets without profit but at the same time it's clear that I'm not beating this market with +7%
