Dia 2. Aprendiendo tecnicas para la salida de velocidades cortas.

And here we are friends, day 2 of the speed training. Grateful first of all for the people who are in my environment that make me grow in all aspects of my life. On this second day of training we had the immense pleasure of being instructed by one of the great runners of the area, medal winner in speeds representing the state, a sprinter of nature, that despite the years, look at the photo in the technical output, waoo as we overcome.
When we arrived at the stadium we did a 15 minute warm up, then the speed teacher hehehe, began to give us some techniques for the start of the speed in 100m races, a race that the start has a high percentage of weight on the final result. My friend and I placed ourselves with him and we began to do sprint, short races at full speed we did 40, 50, 60 mts, several series, that if well explosive, it felt fabulous this training with the heartbeat at 1000 percent, and demanding us more to be at the height of the man, I tell you that in all the exits always left us behind.
The teacher gave us the technique of the start, where we must push ourselves with the back foot, and a little forward the body with all the strength to the maximum, we did 8 sprints of different distances. Other runners who were training also did this fabulous exercise. I always feel tension in my legs, I had never done this kind of exercise before.
Y aqui seguimos amigos runners, instruyendonos siempre para seguir avanzando y evitar lesiones. Que gratificante es ver a estas personas con tanto que transmitir, y contarnos de sus experiencias los hace a ellos muy felices al recordar todos sus logros.
And here we are, fellow runners, always instructing each other to keep moving forward and avoid injuries. How gratifying it is to see these people with so much to pass on, and telling us about their experiences makes them very happy to remember all their achievements.
Hasta la próxima amigos.
See you next time friends.
