      Vengo a contarles cómo me fue la primera semana de marzo, de acuerdo con mis registros de Strava.

      El primer día de marzo, hice 3.91 km en 5:57 /km. Me estuve moviendo durante 23 minutos y 19 segundos. Hubo un desnivel positivo de 10 m y un desnivel máximo de 50 m.

      El 2 de marzo, hice 3:16 km en 7:28 /km. El tiempo del entrenamiento fue de 23 minutos con 36 segundos, desnivel positivo de 10 m, desnivel máximo de 50 m y dice que quemé 289 kcal.
