Not-so-hot RUN

Another fantastic day to go running in the, for the moment, not-so-hot-now Barcelona.
Yes, we are experiencing a truce in the heat wave that we have suffered in recent weeks and that is very appreciated, especially today that I have started working again, but...
I took it very calmly and although I got up very early so as not to procrastinate too much with the amount of pending work I have, I went for a run around 7:30 anyway (LoL).
5 km run on the hill, adding the third training session of the week, not bad to start with, although soon I will have to add more distance to my outings.
