Improvising training
Today, the athletics track was full of hundreds of schoolchildren doing some kind of sporting event at midday, which slightly upset my plans. So, I had to do a quiet run of about 6 km along the coast on a rather grey winter day, although it is always good to change the setting of activities from time to time.
It was a good day to go running, I would say it was a bit warm for this time of year, you could still see people enjoying the water in the sea.
When I finished, I did calisthenic exercises on the beach, to tone the upper part of my body a bit and also some deep stretching of the muscles and tendons of the hip which, lately and I suppose due to the age that one is getting, is suffering a bit.
In short, a good training session enhanced in a different environment and improvised way.
