Who's Sponsoring This Gibberish?
As much as I am not a keen supporter of Erik Ten Hag, the level of disrespect sent his way by the English media in the last few days is nothing short of annoying. Suddenly, most English media started posting and discussing the possibility of Southgate taking Ten Hag's job after the Euros. The noise is so much to the point that I started wondering if there was someone who has bribed these English dudes to start this selfish campaign.
The only question I keep asking myself is, "If Ten Hag is an Englishman, will they do this to him?"
Agreed, Man United are not having the best of seasons. A lot have gone wrong this season with the awful amount of games we've lost. The negativity was getting to fever pitch level. And just when I was losing hope, Ten Hag pulled a rabbit out the hat by winning an FA Cup tie that I already concluded we will lose - especially after going behind in extra time. But we won and finally have something good to talk about for a while. And, boom, the noise about Southgate rented the air.
Who is sponsoring this media onslaught? Why is it this loud after such an important victory last Sunday?
Whatever anyone may want to say, this looked well planned and not ordinary. For me, remembering the impact of Southgate in masterminding the return of Middlesbrough to the Championship still lingers. He doesn't look successful to me as a national team coach either. So, why would I want a pragmatic manager to take over my team having caught myself whining -on several occasions- about manager's with defense first approach in an era where possession based football coupled with high intensity pressing is dominating the game?
If we want a pragmatic, cup competition specialist we might as well go back to Mourinho or plump for Antonio Conte. And not some Gareth Southgate who has won nothing and doesn't look like winning a single thing - not even a spoon. He couldn't even beat a low budget Brazil team. Of course, Harry Kane's absence is more than enough excuse to exploit. But on the evidence of this, his team doesn't seem like a team capable of beating France or Spain in the Euros.
So why are they touting them as the favourite?
Of course, the English media with their loudmouths will not allow us to rest. They will continue piling pressure on their players till they choke at the crucial moment. Then they will find a scapegoat and hang him out to dry. Freaking hypocrites!
Hehe, scorching hot. No Southgate please, is the submission.
Goodmorning 👋 bro, how's it been?
Well we know that media, they know how to call Arsenal the noisy fellas.
Cheers man
Hi, Ogee. It's been a while.
Those media dudes are hero worshipping a dude who has won nothing. If he is that important to the English cause they should give him a life contract.
Shhh the guy dresses well, that is a win na.🙂 But seriously he does.
Anyways, me gatz no take on the matter. I just sha know that press and their strangw doings at times.
Yeah bro, yeah "I've been to the London to the see the Queen." Bros things have to balance first, for me to write regularly, but I dey,I'm fine.

Hopefully, his return will reignite your passion for the beautiful game.
Despite me not being a supporter of Ten Hag, it's very hard watching him suffer these ignominious acts. He doesn't deserve the rubbish those media guys are dragging him through.
Thanks for stopping by, #dreemer.
Coming from a football fan, I can understand how you feel, but I really do not understand much about what you're saying! I've watched a few matches but I have to ask so much questions before I understand what is happening lol

Watching a couple of matched is more then enough enjoyment.
