Empuje y cielo al fallo [ESP - ENG]
Ayer, mientras entrenaba, tuve la suerte de presenciar un hermoso arcoíris. En lugar de apresurarme a tomar fotos frente a él, decidí detenerme y simplemente observarlo y tomar fotos de él mismo. La gama de colores vibrantes se extendía a lo largo del cielo, creando un espectáculo mágico. Me sentí agradecido por tener la oportunidad de verlo por segunda vez y, en lugar de capturarlo solo con mi cámara, lo capturé con mis ojos y mi corazón.
Hablando de entrenamiento, me centré en mis hombros. Realicé más repeticiones de lo habitual en mis flexiones en pino con asistencia. ¡Logré hacer 8 repeticiones, un récord personal! Mi objetivo siempre ha sido mejorar mi fuerza en los hombros, y parece que estoy en el camino correcto. Cada repetición fue un paso hacia adelante, y la sensación de progreso me llenó de energía y motivación.
Yesterday, while training, I was lucky enough to witness a beautiful rainbow. Instead of rushing to take pictures in front of it, I decided to stop and simply observe it and take pictures of itself. The array of vibrant colors stretched across the sky, creating a magical spectacle. I was grateful to have the opportunity to see it a second time and, instead of just capturing it with my camera, I captured it with my eyes and my heart.
Speaking of training, I focused on my shoulders. I performed more reps than usual on my assisted pine push-ups - I managed to do 8 reps, a personal record! My goal has always been to improve my shoulder strength, and it looks like I'm on the right track. Each repetition was a step forward, and the feeling of progress filled me with energy and motivation.
La naturaleza y el ejercicio físico tienen algo en común: ambos nos recuerdan la importancia de la perseverancia y la observación. Así como el arcoíris se desvaneció gradualmente, pero dejó una impresión duradera en mi mente, también sé que cada pequeño esfuerzo en mi entrenamiento contribuirá a mi objetivo final. La paciencia y la dedicación son clave.

Nature and physical exercise have something in common: they both remind us of the importance of perseverance and observation. Just as the rainbow gradually faded, but left a lasting impression on my mind, I also know that every little effort in my training will contribute to my ultimate goal. Patience and dedication are key.
