Description from Strava: @running zone 2 trying to keep my heart rate under 120 was a lot harder than I thought on the rolling neighbourhood hills. Hopefully, it will give my aging body more chance to recover.

Running 10.02km is very difficult and most people won't be able to do it. You are awesome

Hmmm.... I need to get my achilles tendons see to... they swell up and get painful... I cannot run otherwise I injure them somehow... I have no idea what happened.

I would start with some easy dynamic stretches to warm up, and a some body weight calf raises to try and strengthen.
