Cercle Brugge plays the 1/8 finals of the UEFA Conference League and supporters are dreaming of a quarter final against Betis Sevilla.
At such a moment the board of our team has decided that the domestic league is more important and we started with a semi B-squad in Poland. A red card, stupid penalty and a very unlucky own goal later, we lose 3-0. The dream is very far from reality…

I haven't been able to follow the Conference League much this season, but when a Polish team gives you a terrible beating, there's something you're not doing right, because I think the Belgian teams are superior, or at least on paper. I hope they improve when they return and put on more of a show. Best wishes!
