After two long weeks of miserable World Cup qualifiers, we are back to Premier League action today.

I wasn't around yesterday to post a game but a day of results! Two 3-3 draws and both Manchester United and Arsenal shipped 4 goals each! Surely time is running out on Olé's tenure at Manchesters second club, the papers have been full of speculation on a replacement all week and I'd guess that later today we might see some sort of announcement. The prawn sandwich supporters are not happy with the recent results, a 4-1 loss at the mighty Watford has got to be the last straw!

Anyway, full of glees at their loss and full of confidence in my own club, today's game has got to be...

Now it's not been the greatest start to the season but we are now unbeaten in three despite our huge injury list and the boys are getting it together nicely. At this point in the season last year, we were only one place and three points above where we are now and I'm sure the recent decent run is the springboard for an assault on the table.

Leeds will still be without Bamford and Ayling but Rodrigo is finally coming into some form and confidence and Raphina is unplayable. Thankfully, the whole team returned from International duty unscathed and with Kalvin keeping Kane firmly in his pocket, Spurs will be sunk and not even Conté will be able to save them from a humiliating defeat.

An interesting statistic for you:

Spurs have not had a shot on target in 226 minutes of Premier League football!

They have also not scored a Premier League goal in their last 3 games, by this time last year, Son had 10 and Kane had 8!

Now admittedly, Spurs could fluke one today but providing Calamity Cooper doesn't do anything rash, I think we will see a confident and polished performance that will give us a solid 3 points and a leap up the table towards the Champions League spots in which we will surely finish the season!

The Small Print

In the first goalscorer competition, own goals do not count. In the correct score competition, it's the score after 90mins. Extra time and penalties do not count and the pot for each competition will roll over if there is no winner. If more than one person chooses the same first goal scorer or correct score, the prize is shared, and everyone gets a little upvote! It seems I also need to add, one entry per person. Don't forget the new rule that only people with a rep of 50 or above are eligible to enter unless they have been approved. The bonus will be added to any winnings ONLY if Leeds United win and/or Man U lose and all pay-outs will never exceed 50% of post-pay-out. Other bonuses are paid out at my discretion.

In our last game at the beginning of the month between West Ham and Liverpool there were no winners and so an HBI share apiece have gone out to @numpypython and @harpreetjanda.
