What's Your Take On FIFA No Rebounds From Penalties

In case you don't know what rebound means, it actually means the penalty kick taker or other players can no longer run towards the ball to score when the goalkeeper saves the penalty kick

FIFA just came up with a rule that there will be no rebounds from penalties any longer, so if a goalkeeper saves a penalty, the play will be stopped for a restart and we will no longer be seeing players lining up at the edge of the area during penalty kick

I feel this is a fair rule by FIFA even though it favors the goalkeeper the most
