Brunch- my favorite Israeli restaurant

There’s this amazing Israeli restaurant in my neighborhood called Miriam.

I always order the same thing - Bourekas.

Yes with a capital B because it is so darn good.

I’m always so excited to order it, that as soon as the server comes by I joyfully ask to have one.

No, I cannot share.
I savor each bite.
You should order it too, I’m serious I’m not going to share.

At some point I hit a wall. I ate too fast. I always eat too fast.

But I like it so much, how could I not !

I know what’s going to happen. Each time the same thing happens. I know I cannot finish it. But I have to. How can I let something so delicious go to waste? So I force myself to finish. And then for the rest of the day I have a stomach ache.
