HOW TO MAKE HOMEMADE VANILLA CAKE (with video)

Today I'm gonna share my "Vanilla Cup Cake" recipe. Hope you'll find it good.

Ingredients:

• 4 eggs
• 1cup of flour,
• 1cup powder sugar
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1/2 cup powder milk
• 1tea spoon baking powder
• 1tea spoon vanilla essence
• Some pieces of dates for decoration.

Always choose quality ingredients for making a butter cake with great texture. Let's go the detail methods:

Making a cake at home is very easy, without an oven.

It is essential to use eggs that are at room temperature.

Add eggs and beat with a hand beater. Then add oil and beat well.

In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, milk powder, powder sugar. Use a whisk to mix everything together well.

Sift the dry mixture into the egg mixer. Mix well that will remove any lumps and make a good batter.

Lightly grease and flour your cups selected for baking cakes and bake in the stove as the process shown in my video.
