Practice With Wooden Dummy

In case you see this for the first time, and wondering what that is, let's watch this video. Sometimes a picture or video can express everything. You do not need any definition about wooden dummy, I think.
You usually see people using wooden dummy to practice Wing Chun. You can practice martial arts in the air. You can use a kick bag or punching bag. Or, you can set up a tire to practice martial art. So how to set up a tire? I have made a post about this. Here's the link.

You need to know specifically where to hit and how to hit. When you are in a situation and you need to fight for self defense, you will not remember everything. You might get freeze for the time being. That is not a normal situation. And there are a lot of variables that can affect the fight.
So when you are being attacked, it is like you are making your move automatically. If you practice enough, you can make those moves as your second nature. It takes time, dedication and a lot of practice to learn martial arts. If you love it, the journey of learning martial art will be fun.
Hope you will find it useful. Thank you so much for reading this post. If you like to read blog posts, you are welcome. Please check out some of my recent posts.
