How To Throw A Kick - Muay Thai

When you attack your opponent, attack him with a strong defense. Then he will not get a chance to counter-attack at the moment of attacking. If you learn one martial art, you can learn other martial arts easily. The basics are the same.
When you kick, keep your hands up. You can protect your head and rips in the way, otherwise, you can get hit on your head or ribs. And it can cause major damage.
Your body balance is the key. If you lose your balance while doing kicks, you cannot generate power. You can move forward, throw a kick, it will generate more power. When you throw the kick, hit with your shine.
After throwing a kick and hitting the target, it does not end here. You have to pull your leg pretty fast. When you pull back after throwing a kick, do not keep your leg straight. Bend your leg and pull back pretty fast so that your opponent does not get a chance to grab your leg.
If your opponent grabs your leg, it is a vulnerable position. In a fighting competition, there are rules what you can or cannot do. So if your opponent grabs your leg while kicking, there are a couple of things he can do. But in a street fight, the possibilities are endless. Anything can be done. You don't want to be in the position in real-life combat.
To get good at throwing a kick, spend some time practicing. You can do that on your own first, then you can use a kick bag. You can ask your friend or training partner to practice with you. Concentrate your mind when you practice martial art.
