Grab, Lock and Apply Pressure - Self Defense
To have the ability to defend yourself is a great skill. Maybe you think like I don't know any self defense, it seems complicated to me. Well, you did not know how to ride a bike or drive a car, you learned it and now you can ride a bike or drive a car. You can learn self defense.
We don't like to be in a situation where you have to fight for self defense. If there is a situation like this, try your best to avoid a fight. Someone grabs you or punches you, you can punch him back or strike him right away. In a situation where it does not move to a serious fight, you have the option to grab, lock and put the attacker in a vulnerable position so that he does not want to fight you anymore.
When the attacker realizes that he will be in a big trouble if he makes any move to attack you again, he will not likely to attack you. It's a possibility, not that it will surely happen. Learning how to grab, lock and apply pressure are very useful techniques. You can use it in real life. And it helps you not to have a serious fight.
You know how to fight and do some damage, it does not mean you have to fight. When we are talking about self defense, you do not want to hurt anyone. We make our moves only for self defense. This is not show off or trying to be a hero.
I usually share videos. It makes it easier to understand what I'm talking about. Sometimes I talk about different techniques that shows in the video. And in a situation like that , I also share alternative techniques that is very useful in a particular situation like that. I can write about different techniques, but it is difficult to understand how to exactly make your moves.
There are great martial arts out there. And some of them make video. I'm happy to share their video. Hope it will give more exposure to their effort and hard work behind making these videos. I love and respect them.
Today I'm talking about defending yourself and avoiding a fight before it gets into a serious fight. If someone puts his hand on your shoulder or any part of your body, you can grab and lock his hand. And you can put pressure. It is very painful. The attacker is unable to do something to attack you.
You can grab the attacker's fingers, hand, elbow, neck and use your moves to position yourself to make these techniques work for you. Let's watch this video.
You can teach the attacker a good lesson if you know how to use these techniques. Whatever you do, safety for yourself always comes first. When the attackers attack you, defend yourself first and make your moves so that you can defend yourself and your loved ones.

@rezoanulvibes hello dear friend. These daily talks are very useful especially for reasoning, what you say is very true, if you can learn to ride a bicycle, learn personal defense too, you also never know when you can be in a situation that you may need to know how to defend yourself.
Being able to intimidate your attacker, without having to fight is very important, persisting in a fight, is the best thing that can happen to you
Thank you very much for these daily indications
I wish you a great day
