I hope everybody is going great!!! Today was a hard day due it was hypertrophy chest and shoulder day... and that means... drop sets πͺπ½ππ
I started with shoulder and chest... with this weights β¬οΈ
All the workout was based in series of. 3/12 reps and drop sets of 3/15-15-15 decreasing 20% each time...
GG for my arms tbh π¬π€π
I finalized with more than 1.2k calories burned
And just a little bit more than 5K steps
