My Actifit Report Card: October 21 2019

My first full day back from vacation.

It was so hard getting back into the swing of things after having a whole week off, I almost forgot how many aches and pains I get every day just from normal activities.

Today my normal activities were a lot of moving around at work and then a quick run around the neighborhood to top it off.

Back to my vacation, I had a wonderful visit to Biloxi Mississippi, I stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel. You guys should have seen all the sports bars they had their, you can bet on just about any sport.

That was the view from my window in my room at the Hard Rock, it was all pimped out with Bose surround sound too

Hope you all had a great day and reached all of your goals.
