My Actifit Report Card: October 01 2019
After Imran Khan's speech at the UNGA, people of Kashmir have started to believe that someone is there who is speaking about their interests. No one had spoken about Kashmir so intensely before.
Meanwhile, the communication services continue to be banned in the valley. A lot of students couldn't get their admissions done on time in the colleges outside Kashmir and as a result they are being forced to go back to Kashmir meaning that they lost one precious year of their education.
Moving on to my today's activity, I did manage to cross 6k but I believe that I should be doing better. I am overweight by 2 kgs and it is already starting to show on my body. I will join the gym in a few days and I am also thinking on changing my diet plan.
