My Actifit Report Card: December 11 2019

오늘 날이 좀 풀리는거 같아서 내복을 안 입고 갔더니. 바람이 엄청 불어서 감기걸릴듯.
내일은 다시 추워진다니 다시 겹겹이 껴입어야겠네요.

2018년 7월부터 한달 300,000보 걷기 운동을 계획 했었습니다.

2019 년도를 맞이하여 (실제로는 음력으로..) 이제는 운동과 병행해서 음식 조절을 통해서
10Kg 감량을 목표로 합니다.
2019년 연말까지 건강한 모습을 기대해 봅니다.
