My Actifit Report Card: November 30 2019

오늘은 와이프가 친정을 가고 애들은 났다가 밤 늦게 들어와서.
오래간만에 집에서 혼자 자유롭게 쉬었네요.

2018년 7월부터 한달 300,000보 걷기 운동을 계획 했었습니다.

2019 년도를 맞이하여 (실제로는 음력으로..) 이제는 운동과 병행해서 음식 조절을 통해서
10Kg 감량을 목표로 합니다.
2019년 연말까지 건강한 모습을 기대해 봅니다.
