지금 고속버스터미널앞 지나는중. 너무 늦게 출발해서 오늘중으로 집에 못가는군요.
고투몰은 조용하네요.
아침에 운동화를 갈아신고 나왔는데.
신발이 너무 오래되었나보네. 쿠션이 다 죽어서 발바닥도 아프고 발목도 좀 이상.
빨리 운동화 하나 새로 장만해야겠어요.
2018년 7월부터 한달 300,000보 걷기 운동을 계획 했었습니다.
2019 년도를 맞이하여 (실제로는 음력으로..) 이제는 운동과 병행해서 음식 조절을 통해서
10Kg 감량을 목표로 합니다.
2019년 연말까지 건강한 모습을 기대해 봅니다.
