My Actifit Report Card: September 23 2019
Good morning dear community!
Spring is a highly anticipated season in our country.
So much so that in practically the entire country there are great celebrations celebrating his arrival.
Today we went with my sister and her family to walk to the park with the little ones.
We spent a truly beautiful afternoon following these small and restless creatures. Imagine how intense they have been that the actifit count gave me more than 10,000 movements.
We played ball, skateboarded, ran and played for more than 4 hours. It would seem that the arrival of spring has brought an improvement in temperature which already exceeds 20 ° C and with this many people are more frequently encouraged to perform physical activity.
Another day full of activity with the smallest of the family.

La primavera es una estación muy esperada en nuestro país. Tal es así que en practicamente todo el país se realizan grandes festejos celebrando su llegada.
El día de hoy fuimos con mi hermana y su familia a pasear al parque con los más pequeños.
Pasamos una tarde verdaderamente hermosa siguiendole el paso a estas pequeñas e inquietas criaturas. Imaginense lo intensos que han sido que el conteo de actifit me dío más de 10.000 movimientos.
Hemos jugado a la pelota, anduvimos en monopatín, corrimos y jugamos durante más de 4 horas.
Parecería que la llegada de la primavera ha traído una mejora en la temperatura la cual ya supera los 20ºC y con ello muchas personas se animan con mayor frecuencia a realizar actividad física.
Otro día cargado de actividad junto a los más pequeños de la familia.
