My Actifit Report Card: July 11 2019
Went as far as golfing for myself today. You might think that I would be playing brilliantly after watching the pros do it but unfortunately all the drinking has ruined my swing. The golf was as bad as I've played in a long time but the craic has been brilliant for the past two weeks. Another few days left in it but we'll be ready for a few more nights out.

I'm a broken man at this stage. Playing golf again tomorrow then 4 more days on the beer. It's a tough life.

Not my best day but it was a good result to get to 10k.
