My Actifit Report Card: December 11 2019

I was able to do two miles of aerobic walking again this morning. I am pretty excited. I only hope that eventually it will all get easier.

I suppose when that happens it just means I need to crank up the intensity a little more. What I am really hoping for is that in a month or two I will start seeing a little bit of improvement in the way my clothes fit or what the scale looks like.

I have a follow up appointment with my oncologist in a couple of months and that will probably be the first time I weigh myself in a while.

I mentioned yesterday that I was going to be in a meeting most of the day today, so my step count isn't that great.

I have a feeling tomorrow will be pretty similar.

This photo is from a couple of days ago, but each night I get to relax and take in a view that is some version of this. Sometimes it is more dull and others it is more colorful.

Before long it will probably be mostly white for a couple of months...

Thats a great start and it will get easier with time, the last couple of days I have been slack barely getting over 1500 steps LOL

I hope so. Right now it is still a struggle. I barely made it through my workout this morning. I think Friday I might take it easy and only do one mile.

I think getting the right balance and listening to your body is the key, so a shorter walk tomorrow may be a good idea, I generally try to make sure 5 days I reach my main goal and dont mind if i have a relaxed day once or twice a week
