I was just going to write a bit about my current injury and lack of sporting actitivies at present, but you know I can't resist a little flaming while I'm at it.

None of these accounts hold any SPORTS, and are receiving a nice even spread of votes from @muqeeth who has managed to collect 450,000 SPORTS including delegations.

I like catching them early, and will likely use a good deal of my voting power on these lot over the next couple of days. Hopefully some of the Referees will step in and judge this as abuse.


Following the weekends Foot-golf, I'm still limping around with a thigh injury which I think is going to put me out of any serious physical activity for around a month.



Not that I've got any biceps going on at present, but it could happen :)

I've been looking for ways to aid recovery in a thigh strain, and basically its all about R.I.C.E. Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation. Rest I can do, and ice has happened once. For compression though, I suspect I'll have to get down to the sports shop and pick up a compression sleeve - to be fair I could probably use a large arm sleeve. Elevation, hmmm, I wonder how my boss would react if I had my feet up on the desk all day?

A few years ago, a month on the sidelines would have been a real bummer - No football for a month would have really hacked me off. These days though I'm less concerned, and will bide my time - and then hopefully start exercising again frequently.


Alright, time to go remove some rewards - I hope you join in the fun.

hope you heal fast! Gotta stretch then swing, I effed up my shoulder real good doing resistance bands with no warm up and also going to the range to shoot and decided using a Mossberg was a good idea (I'm not a big woman so it basically blew me back and messed up my shoulder again but I realized I am quite a shot :P )
Anyhow thanks for all you do for the community and pointing out those who def. don't. grrrrr

Yeah I really regret not warming up, but as my mate said at the time 'you look like a dick warming up on a foot-golf course'. Thing is, a spent two hours looking like a dick trying to kick the ball with my useless right foot, damn :)

Shoulder injuries I've been lucky with, that is a crazy joint and needs to be looked after for sure.

I'm not sure the refs have access to data/script knowledge and with the number of members, it's pretty hard to monitor without some eyes round the back. So yeah, I guess I'll just keep posting these and hope they are seen. The end goal, which is likely wishful thinking, is that the abusers realise they wont get away with it and are better off sharing their votes around and collecting some decent curation rewards.

Aptly put, I'm going to make sure to resteem this on both my main account and my Sports Talk curation focused account, @scarletreign , Seeing how hard a lot of us are working (and investing), this b.s. is going to at least have a counterstrike. The immovable object meets the irresistible force and then there is karma. at least hope so :(

Many tribes don’t use the wider blacklists, but in the majority of these cases it would help I think.

I hope you recover soon. I'm also coming out of a meniscus injury. I've had a long recovery, it's been 6 months now, but it looks like I'm going to start jumping again... cheer up, everything goes by... by the way, a lot of work unmasking these cheats...
