My Actifit Report Card: March 1 2022

People may laugh from those who count steps or callories, that instead of focusing on exercise and pleasure from it, they want to achieve the 10 000 steps or so. In my opinion, this is a very good start, to set this kind of goal and go for it! Daily!
Habit is a key to success! Pleasure comes later :) firstly you need to make this habit a daily routine.

My daily habits?
Morning coffee, breakfast, supplements. They boost up the energy and motivation.
And daily exercise. At least this very minimum.
