Otro día de estáticos | Another day of static [ESP-ENG]
¡Saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive, Liketu y Street Workout! Espero que todos estén muy bien. En el día de hoy les compartiré parte de lo que hice el día de ayer en el parque; mi objetivo era entrenar estáticos y, luego de eso, básicos. Si vieron mi post anterior, había dicho que no estaba entrenando bien. Bueno, chicos, para no estar entrenando, me sorprendió la fuerza que tenía para la plancha. No era ni siquiera parecida a la que tenía en días anteriores; como pueden ver, aún falta por corregir la postura. Sin embargo, ya no estoy como antes, que solo la marcaba. También hice back lever para completar el combo de estáticos; no hice front ya que mi fuerza se había ido y no quería nada, jaja.
Greetings to the whole Hive, Liketu and Street Workout community! I hope you are all doing well. Today I'll share with you part of what I did yesterday in the park; my goal was to train static and, after that, basics. If you saw my previous post, I had said that I wasn't training well. Well, guys, for not training, I was surprised at how strong I was for the plank. It wasn't even close to what I had in previous days; as you can see, the posture still needs to be corrected. However, I'm not like I used to be, where I was just marking it. I also did back lever to complete the static combo; I didn't do front as my strength was gone and I didn't want anything, haha.
