My Actifit Report Card: December 10 2024
¡Saludos a toda la comunidad de Hive y Actifit! Espero que todos estén muy bien, chicos. Hoy les contaré parte de lo que hice en mi entrenamiento en el parque. Era día de cardio + piernas. Arreglé mis cosas a partir de las 4:30 p.m., comencé a buscar mi ropa de entrenamiento y decidí que hoy tocaba trotar y hacer pierna.
Greetings to the whole Hive and Actifit community! I hope everyone is doing great, guys. Today I'll tell you part of what I did in my workout at the park. It was cardio + legs day. I set up my stuff starting at 4:30pm, started looking for my workout clothes and decided today was jogging and leg work.
Primeramente, pasé por una casa ajena donde estaba mi mamá para poner a cargar mis audífonos, ya que ella tenía el cargador. Me quedé un rato hablando con ella. Luego de ahí, fui al parque a hacer lo mío. El atardecer estaba muy bonito; tomé varias fotografías para compartirlas con ustedes. La tarde estaba muy fresca. En mi ciudad, muy pocas veces el ambiente está fresco; suele ser caliente.
First, I stopped by a strange house where my mother was to charge my hearing aids, as she had the charger. I stayed there talking to her for a while. After that, I went to the park to do my thing. The sunset was very beautiful; I took some pictures to share with you. The evening was very cool. In my city, it's rarely cool; it's usually hot.
Al llegar al parque, lo primero que hice fue calentar mis piernas. Luego de calentar un rato, ya era momento de empezar mi trote. Al empezar, me sentía bastante bien y feliz porque tenía semanas sin hacer cardio. Es tan bonito trotar y ver el atardecer; disfruto mucho mirar al cielo cuando troto, aunque no lo veo todo el rato porque, por lógica, me puedo tropezar con algo. Luego de trotar aproximadamente 6 km, ya era momento de hacer pierna. Hice mi rutina completa del tren inferior y descansé un buen rato al terminar. Esto ha sido el reporte por el día de hoy, chicos; espero les hayan gustado las fotografías y muchas bendiciones para todos ustedes.
When I arrived at the park, the first thing I did was to warm up my legs. After warming up for a while, it was time to start my jog. As I started, I was feeling pretty good and happy because I hadn't done cardio for weeks. It's so nice to jog and watch the sunset; I really enjoy looking at the sky when I jog, although I don't see it all the time because, logically, I might bump into something. After jogging for about 6 km, it was time for a leg workout. I did my full lower body routine and rested for a while when I finished. That was the report for today, guys; I hope you liked the pictures and many blessings to you all.
