RE: 20% of Americans want to Join Canada

Speaking of being misled by the headlines and rhetoric. Canada is almost exactly like liberal America with the exception that basic healthcare is not a profit driven corporate entity (causing over 200,000 people per year to have to claim bankruptcy to cover medical costs). Other than that and a few technical details with the levels of government, we are virtually identical.
There are MANY more signs than just a handshake but that is another discussion.
I think the notion of certain states separating and joining Canada is just silly. That is like how every 4 years, the red guys or the blue guys not liking the outcome of the election and saying they are moving to Canada in protest. Just childish taking their toys and leaving the sandbox.
"Liberal America" is why the country is in the shape it is in at this point, and is why I wouldn't want to be apart of it and is why I moved out of one of the most liberal states in the country after seeing that side of things first hand for 6 years, 4 of those basically living on the streets in a van, so I got to see things from all levels. Took me living in several different parts of the country and experiencing things for myself in different areas and cultures to realize these pockets of insane people are the problem.
I agree our healthcare system sucks, I just lost my dad to basically malpractice, so don't get me started there, but state ran medical services aren't going to be any better. At least with private medical services, you have a choice of what doctors you see, where with state ran services, you don't, you see who they tell you to see.
And you say there are MANY more signs that Trump is in bed with Putin, so please, I would love to see what you think those signs are? From what I see, he's trying to stop a war that the US shouldn't have been involved with in the first place, because we had no business backing Ukraine. They are not our allies, nor apart of NATO (which the US needs to leave as well IMHO). So we shouldn't have had anything to do with any of that in the first damn place. So what arguments do you have that would prove your statement? I would love to see it.
No you wouldn't.
