Hit the links for a cool 10k!
There have been so many adventures lately that I haven’t even had the time to post when I crest the 10k steps mark. A couple days ago I was over 15k and then again yesterday, I am up there thanks to a round of golf!
It couldn’t have been a more perfect day at Innerkip golf course maybe 30 minutes from home. Meeting with a client and a childhood friend of his, sunny and 25 Celsius, and the course was in pristine condition as the club championship was the next day. Literally the perfect day for a round of golf here.
I managed to par this signature island green hole thanks to a big drive and a nice wedge spin that stuck me on the green. The others in the 4some were not so lucky, one of them went through 7 balls while emulating Tin Cup.
This is a signature shot by our new friend Tim who only wanted 1 birdie on the day. Here he got it after getting to the green in 2 shots on a par 5. He missed his long eagle put but tapped in a 4-footer for birdie. Another or the rare good holes for me as I followed him up with 1 of 5 pars on the day.
I could have taken so many more shots on the course for all the scenery but didn’t remember to for all the golf, conversation, weed and beer. @davedickeyyall might have supremely enjoyed this round. Headed to the 18th hole brought us through a nice winding path through the woods as I am reminded how much of a gift it is to golf. Especially when @town-crier pays for it. I have to repay the favour and redouble my efforts of bringing our business to the blockchain.
Of course there was #beer! We were t through a few tins of “Swing Oil” on the course but celebrated a good round with one last point in the awesome clubhouse restaurant. A little Muskoka Detour Session IPA did the trick and will hopefully tide you over ‘til I can assemble my #beersaturday post this weekend.
Cheers to @actifit, golf, 10k fun steps and BEER!

I'm glad you had a great time out, playing golf. Golf is for the rich, so I was told... 🤑
Beer, weed and golf looks like great enough motivation for 10k steps!
For sure.
It was $100 per person to play and the beers were not cheap! I have only golfed once this year on my own dime but twice as a business expense like this. The business lets me pretend I am a rich person sometimes!
Great walk enjoying the sport with a friend, absolutely enjoyed seeing the kilt being worn true traditional style, well done!
!BEER
Ya that's Tim! He is a psychotherapist and a super cool guy too!
Looked to be an awesome day out!

BEER
.Hey @zekepickleman, here is a little bit of
BEER
from @joanstewart for you. Enjoy it!Did you know that <a href='https://dcity.io/cityyou can use BEER at dCity game to buy cards to rule the world.
Golf seems an interesting game but I often wonder how the ball can be shot into that tiny hole. It must take a lot of concentration to be able to do that.
The beer looks very smooth. A beautiful day indeed!
It is a simple game to play but very difficult to get good at for sure. Just have to hit it a bunch of times to get it close to the hole then the last put is easy!
I’m big a big fan of Golf but it looks kinda interesting
I’m glad you had fun!
