Und ein neuer Versuch, mich mit actifit zu mehr Bewegung zu motivieren. Habe meine Zweifel dass es klappen wird. Also nicht das mit der Bewegung denn das MUSS jetzt einfach sein. Aber mit dem taglichem Bericht. Mal sehen.

Nachdem die OP nun schon 9 wochen her ist und ich schön brav versucht habe die Naht zu schonen, wars heut wirklich an der Zeit meine geliebte Tanz Stretching Yoga Session wieder aufzunehmen. Ein bisschen vorsichtiger und erst mal langsamer angehen. Trotzdem.
Phü! Ganz schön eingerostet die alten Knochen. Naja kein Wunder nich wahr?
Aber es hat so unglaublich gut getan.
