My Actifit Report Card: December 15 2021

Hello to all HIVE members.

I woke up at 4 o'clock this morning. I do not want to go back to sleep. It is very cold in winter. So I walked to the night market.

The night market is very crowded. I bought eat a noodle at the night market. Then I bought some pork. When I returned home, it was snowing heavily. It is very cold. So I exercise at home.

I cook pork after exercise. And I continued to finish work yesterday.
I said yesterday. My job is to repair electric dynamos and electric motors.

As the evening progressed, it became very cold. So I exercise with a friend.
When you add up the walking points in the morning, you get a lot of points.
And so this day the times went by.

HIVE အဖွဲ့သားအားလုံးမင်္ဂလာပါ။

ဒီမနက် ၄ နာရီမှာ အိပ်ရာက နိုးတယ်။ မအိပ်ချင်တော့ဘူး။ ဆောင်းတွင်းမှာ အရမ်းအေးတယ်။ ဒါနဲ့ ညဈေးကို လျှောက်သွားတယ်။

ညဈေးက အရမ်းစည်ကားတယ်။ ညဈေးမှာ ခေါက်ဆွဲဝယ်စားတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ ဝက်သားဝယ်တယ်။ အိမ်ပြန်ရောက်တော့ နှင်းတွေ ထူထပ်စွာကျနေတယ်။ အရမ်းအေးတာပဲ။ ဒါကြောင့် အိမ်မှာ လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းလုပ်တယ်။

လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းလုပ်ပြီးရင် ဝက်သားချက်တယ်။ ပြီးတော့ မနေ့ကအပ်ထားတဲ့ အလုပ်ပြီးအောင် ဆက်လုပ်နေခဲ့တယ်။

မနေ့က ပြောခဲ့တယ်။ ကျွန်တော့်အလုပ်က လျှပ်စစ်ဒိုင်နမိုများနှင့် လျှပ်စစ်မော်တာများကို ပြုပြင်ရန်ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ညနေစောင်းလာသည်နှင့်အမျှ အလွန်အေးလာသည်။ ဒါကြောင့် သူငယ်ချင်းတစ်ယောက်နဲ့ လေ့ကျင့်ခန်းလုပ်တယ်။

မနက်ခင်းမှာ လမ်းလျှောက်တဲ့အမှတ်တွေ ပေါင်းလိုက်တဲ့အခါ အမှတ်တွေ အများကြီးရသွားတယ်။

ဒီလိုနဲ့ ဒီနေ့ အချိန်တွေ ကုန်သွားတယ်။

ကျွန်တော့ ပို့စ်ကိုဖတ်ပေးလို့ ကျေးဇူးအများကြီးတင်ပါတယ်။
