the beautiful traditions of my village || Kabaddi, the favorite sport of thousands of spectators
My area name is Mochh and Mochh city is located in Mianwali district of Punjab province.
The river Indus used to flow near my city and that is why my city was first called river Machh but then with the passage of time the word Machh became Mochh. Gaya, and Machh means a land on the river bank.
People in my city are educated and have a special interest in sports. Every woman in my city is literate and educated up to university.
It would not be wrong for me to say that the 100% men and women of my city are highly educated.
Here are some of the most popular sports in my city. Kabaddi has been played in my area for hundreds of years and besides kabaddi, cricket, football and volleyball are also played.
But the game of Kabaddi has become the hallmark of my area and it is played from November to the first week of April depending on the weather conditions.
This game is not played even if it is very cold and if the summer season is very hot then this game is not played because of the intensity of heat The number of people come to see.
Kabaddi matches are held between different teams every Sunday in my city before spring and thus players from far and wide come to my city to show off their talents.

Kabaddi players do strenuous exercise and eat cow's milk, meat and healthy foods.
I have noticed that kabaddi players do two hours of compulsory exercise in the morning and in the evening and senior players prefer to work on the sand field together with junior players.
But this game is not played in hot and cold weather. When kabaddi grounds are established in my area, thousands of spectators come from different cities and there are no tickets or fees for the matches and all the matches are watched by the spectators absolutely free.
But when any player performs well, the spectators encourage the players with cash and thousands of spectators give thousands of rupees to the players.
The player goes to all the spectators at the sound of the drum and the spectators give cash to the players and thus the best encouragement is given.
