Feeling so happy and grateful to bring you another step-count report here today.

Still surviving the arctic winter temperatures! Boy its cold out there!!

I took my sister to a really nice warm and cozy yoga practice which really helped take the edge off. Yoga is a great cure for everything if you ask me!

I hope you are all enjoying a great start to February. I will be back with another report soon!
