So yesterday, after waking up after a long day of work, I decided to move a little and take a run

I'm pretty happy because this weekend I have a race where I need to do 10km and I'm happy to see I can make it again, that wasn't just a lucky try last week !!

Even if I made 3km less than last time, my average speed is a little better, around 10 seconds per kilometers gained !

I'm more than happy of that !
