My Actifit Report Card: January 25 2022

Today I had a long day at work but it was still better than usually. I get out of it with no backache.

After that I just started to manage my issues with my crypto.com card. And I hope to have everything going well soon.

I can finally feel some results after my daily back training. First of all I don't have as many backaches than before.

In the following days I'll also try my best to do more exercises of other parts.

Work

I m really happy to quit the job at the end of the week. Waking up at 5 is really too much for me and I'm so bored during those long days. I feel tired when I'm home, I am really impatient to have bigger days to spend doing other things. Like writing on Hive Which I'm enable to do because I'm too tired.
