Community, Hoy fue un día de entrenamiento desafiante, pero lleno de motivación. Al final de la sesión, decidí incorporar algunos ejercicios básicos, ya que estos son el pilar fundamental de esta disciplina. Los básicos, esos movimientos que todos empezamos a dominar desde el principio, son la base que nos permite progresar hacia mayores niveles de dificultad y variaciones más avanzadas.

Community, Today was a challenging training day, but full of motivation. At the end of the session, I decided to incorporate some basic exercises, as these are the fundamental pillar of this discipline. The basics, those moves that we all start mastering early on, are the foundation that allows us to progress to higher levels of difficulty and more advanced variations.

Aunque no suelo centrarme mucho en los básicos, ya que mi plan de entrenamiento está más enfocado en rutinas de Plancha y Front Lever, hoy decidí que era el momento de retomarlos. Si bien la resistencia no es mi mayor fortaleza, me desenvuelvo con soltura en ejercicios de alta demanda de fuerza y técnica. Sin embargo, hoy me dediqué a lo tradicional como Muscle Ups, dominadas, flexiones, leg raises y pino.
Although I don't usually focus much on the basics, since my training plan is more focused on Plank and Front Lever routines, today I decided that it was time to resume them. Although endurance is not my greatest strength, I perform with ease in exercises that demand high strength and technique. However, today I dedicated myself to the traditional such as Muscle Ups, pull-ups, push-ups, leg raises and pine.

Mientras realizaba mi rutina, aproveché la oportunidad para ayudar a algunos compañeros a perfeccionar ciertos movimientos. En particular, estuve asistiendo a uno de ellos con su rutina de Front Lever y apoyando a mi amigo @manuel-sw a mejorar su técnica en el hefesto. Compartir conocimientos y ver a los demás, progresar es siempre gratificante.
While performing my routine, I took the opportunity to help some colleagues perfect certain movements. In particular, I was assisting one of them with his Front Lever routine and supporting my friend @manuel-sw to improve his technique in the hephaestus. Sharing knowledge and seeing others, progressing is always rewarding.
