Hello everyone and welcome to a new content, where I will be sharing with you my ACTIFIT report for the month of February 2025, doing a second trekking and adventure tour in company on the way to El Cerro hotel Maracay. We arranged to leave early to have time to go to the river when we arrived at the first station and enjoy a refreshing swim.

During the bike ride, I had to be slowing down, as the lady I was riding with was exhausted and I had to go at a pace she could keep up with, once we arrived we started the route, this time I bypassed Strava and started the ride about half way.

I took few pictures in this first trip and arriving to the river that goes together to the hill, we made a change of plans to go to the cocuizas, also known as Henry Pitier Park. This river is about 4 hours away if we go through the hotel Maracay, in my case we took a bus to the place because the exhaustion I know will be difficult. We took a bath and the water was super cold as usual.

At the end of the afternoon I found a mantis among the leaves🍃 quite small and I took the opportunity to take a great picture.... See you next time!

Hola a todos y bienvenidos a un nuevo contenido, dónde estaré compartiéndoles mi reporte de ACTIFIT del mes de febrero del 2025, realizando un segundo recorrido de senderismo y aventura en compañía camino hacia El Cerro hotel Maracay. Coordinamos salir temprano para tener tiempo de ir al río al llegar a la primera estación y disfrutar de un baño refrescante.

Durante el recorrido en bici, tuve que estar reduciendo velocidad, ya que la señorita con la que iba estaba agotada y me tocaba ir a un ritmo que ella podría mantener, una vez llegado iniciamos la ruta, esta vez pasé por alto el uso de Strava e inicié el recorrido ya como a mitad de camino.

Tomé pocas fotos en este primer viaje y llegar al río que va en conjunto al cerro, hicimos un cambio de planes para dirigirnos a las cocuizas, también conocido como Parque Henry Pitier. Este río está como 4 horas si recorremos por el hotel Maracay, en mi caso tomamos un bus hasta el lugar porque el agotamiento sé que será difícil. Nos echamos un baño y el agua super helada como de costumbre.

Ya finalizando la tarde me encontré con una mantis entre las hojas🍃 bastante pequeña y aproveché el momento para tomar grandiosa fotografía... ¡Hasta la próxima!
