ㅤHola y bienvenidos nuevamente, les deseo compartir mi Ruta del día de ayer dónde combinamos ciclismo con ejercicio. Primeramente empezamos la mañana lo más temprano posible que podía mi Gymbro y mi persona y mientras lo esperaba mi perrita desde la casa ladraba desesperada porque quería ir 😆. Una vez listos arrancamos la ruta, esta vez quería llegar al toro y dirigirnos a las ballenas pero mi Gymbro no tenía fuerza o resistencia suficiente y realizamos algunas parada y nos metimos por otra zona que sería por dónde uno va para subir el cerro cerca del Hotel Maracay.

Se notaba lo cansado, pero en pleno viaje le dije para cambiar de ciclas y utilicé la de él y noté varios defectos y uno era el asiento muy bajo, esto genera mayor cansancio ya que las piernas deben estirarse lo suficiente al pedalear... Luego de llegar al parque el ejercito "Las ballenas" empezamos nuestra rutina de empuje y un poco de abdomen para quemar siempre esos antojos que llegan de más a nuestro estómago.

Luego de culminar la rutina al tomar la cicla de mi Gymbro noto que estaba bastante espichada uno de los problemas bastante grandes, el poquito de aire que le quedaba soportaba mi peso... Así que con mayor razón me fui en ella mientras el manejaba la mía. Luego de llegar a nuestros hogares le presté para que echase aire y de allí me fui a mi casa.

Tenía un antojo de unos pastelitos y así mismo fue apenas llegué, descansé y me bañé. Procedí hacer 2 pastelitos y listo, problema y antojo resuelto... Igualmente al día siguiente tocaría trotar así que lo quemaré de igual forma.

ㅤHello and welcome back, I want to share with you my route yesterday where we combined cycling with exercise. First of all we started the morning as early as my Gymbro and I could and while I was waiting for him my dog barked desperately from the house because she wanted to go 😆. Once ready we started the route, this time I wanted to get to the bull and go to the whales but my Gymbro didn't have enough strength or resistance and we made some stops and we got into another area which would be where one goes to climb the hill near the Hotel Maracay.

I noticed how tired he was, but in the middle of the trip I told him to change bikes and I used his and I noticed several defects and one was the very low seat, this generates more fatigue as the legs must stretch enough when pedalling.... After arriving at the park "Las Ballenas" we started our pushing routine and a bit of abdominal work to always burn those cravings that come to our stomach.

After finishing the routine when I took the bike of my Gymbro I noticed that it was quite spic and span, one of the biggest problems, the little bit of air that was left was supporting my weight.... So all the more reason for me to take off on it while he rode mine. After arriving at our homes I lent him some air and from there I went home.

I had a craving for some cupcakes and so it was as soon as I arrived, rested and had a bath. I proceeded to make 2 cupcakes and that was it, problem and craving solved.... The next day was still a jogging day so I'll burn it off anyway.

Se exactamente por donde queda esa ruta jajaja genial, pobre perrita jajaja tenías que llevarla a pasear un poquito antes para que no quedará triste, esos pastelitos se ven buenísimo 🤘🏽😎 @yeral-diaz untitled.gif

Jejej muchas gracias, una aventura divertida. Annie no puede ver uno salir un rato porque se pone así. Los pastelitos si que me quedaron brutales.

The height of your saddle is very important. If it is the right height you can get more power out of your legs. But it does depend on the size of your legs. What is the right size for you might bit be ideal for your friend.

Enough pressure in the tires is also needed for good performances.

Hello, at the moment we both don't have a good condition bike, but we are gradually improving what we can. In my case the seat is the maximum height it can be or else I would have problems and the tube could bend.
