Arm Exercise Routine

Hello friends! I bring you an arm routine to perform with an Olympic bar! 🏋🏻‍♀️

The exercises are as follows:

  • Barbell Row 3 series of 11 repetitions.
  • Barbell Biceps Curl 3 series of 11 repetitions.
  • Wall Ball 3 rounds of 30 - 20 - 10 repetitions.
  • Push Jerk 3 series of 11 repetitions.

These exercises will help you strengthen shoulders, biceps, triceps, trapezius and back muscles, they also help you in coordination when performing the movements!

Los ejercicios son los siguientes:
