Crossfit Open 22.2 Workout 🔥
Hello my friends to #Sportstalksocial and #HIVE today I want to share with you my exercise of the day in crossfit.
The Open 22.2 challenge, which consists of performing burpees and deadlifts in several repetitions in just 10 minutes. In the video I was able to record only 4 minutes of my exercise, but i did the 10 minutes in a row the most number of repetitions that I could.
The first do a burpee and a weight lift the two and two, three and three we reach 10 after this we perform the exercises in a decreasing way 9 repetitions 8 repetitions like this until we reach one again. This workout is performed at the World Crossfit Open.

How far did you get? I think it's hard to do all the exercises before the timecap.
I will do the 22.2 on Monday.
Go up to repetition 10 of the burpees… Yes, you have to do them quickly so that you have time to do as many repetitions as possible 🙌🏻 Success on Monday you can 🙌🏻 the 10 minutes go by quickly 👍🏻

I deadlifted 130 Lbs that day but I can lift more
I give you credit. I try my hardest to incorporate cardio everyday. It isn’t easy, but it’s my pace. Keep it up. ☺️👏🏾
