The best way is to exercise. Exercise can be more effective than doping. Exercise can not only make you more energetic, but also bring you a happy smile.
Many people choose sports, so do I, not because I want to have eight abdominal muscles, but healthy and strong body. Without a healthy body, even full muscles are useless; just like those bodybuilders, some people will eat a lot of muscle protein powder in order to get a good figure. Believe it, it's absolutely not delicious, and it's going to rebound.
As the saying goes, "The body is the capital of revolution". A healthy body is the foundation of everything. Don't think money is everything. If you don't have a good body, you will not spend it.
So let's get healthy by exercising properly every day first.
So, is it possible to have a good body as long as you exercise? That's for sure, but regular exercise can better ensure that you have a healthy and strong body.
For example, if a person does not exercise very much at ordinary times, one day he suddenly attaches importance to health problems and decides to keep exercising every day. So how can he get better health by exercising? He only needs to spend part of the day regularly, and then the amount and time of exercise should have a goal.
For example, when I do weight-bearing squats, what I need to do is to spend 5-10 minutes and then finish 100 weight-bearing squats within the prescribed time. If you think there are too many 100 at a time, you can do it in groups, 10 at a time, a total of 10 groups.
And then every day according to this standard to adhere to the completion, in a short time you can see good sports results.
The same is true for other types of sports. If you choose to run in the morning, you should specify how long you will run and how long each round trip will be, such as 5 kilometers, 3 kilometers, etc.
Exercise regularly, the body can achieve the desired effect only through regular exercise. Blind, unlimited exercise will only drag down your body step by step. The latter is not what we want, we just want to get healthy and strong body through exercise.

所以先通过每天适当的运动来让自己健康起来吧!
那么,是不是只要运动了就会有好的身体呢?这个肯定是,但是规律的运动更能保证你有一个健康强壮的好身体。
打个比方,如果一个人平时不怎么运动,有一天这个人突然重视起健康问题了,并决定每天都坚持运动。那么他怎么运动才能更好的获得健康呢?他只需要规律的,也就是每天花一部分时间,然后运动的数量以及时间等都应该有个目标。
比如我做负重深蹲运动,我要做的是花上5-10分钟,然后在规定的时间内完成100个负重深蹲。如果觉得一次性100个太多了,可以分组完成,每次10个,一共10组。
然后每天都按这个标准坚持完成,在短时间内就可以看到很好的运动效果。
对于其他种类的运动也是一样,如果你是选择晨跑,那么你应该规定自己要跑多久,每次往返长度分别为多长,比如5公里、3公里等。
一定得规律运动,身体只有通过有规律地运动才能达到想要的效果,盲目的、没有下限地运动只会一步步拖垮你的身体。后者不是我们想要的,我们想要的只是通过运动来获得健康强壮的身体。
所以,每天规律运动吧。

if one decides to do it with consistency that is really beneficial to health at once it may seems hard but slowly things get better
If you want to achieve good sports results and get a healthy and strong body, you can only do it through exercise, but exercise is a slow thing, because it needs to persevere day after day, year after year.
