写真は近くにある桜です。満開でした。

今日はようやく福岡から帰宅後の疲れが取れたかなという感じで、内科と精神科の診察に行ってきました。
まず内科はいつも通り採尿、採血がありました。少し看護師さんが採血に手こずりましたが。
HbA1c 7.2でした。ツイミーグと言う新しい薬が効いているようです。あとは自分でも食事療法・運動療法が頑張れれば言うことないのですが。体重はわずかに、0.1kg減っていました。

そして精神科で診察です。まだ、もう個展をやりたくない、疲れたという気持ちがありました。でも元気を出して東京での個展をやらなければならないので、今回久しぶりにカプセルの薬が夕方2錠から3錠に増えました。躁転する可能性があるのが少し怖いですが、
あとは自分で調子を整えるしかないです。

そしてケースワークもありました。今年残りの予定と来年の予定を見せました。そしてもし今年の売上が芳しくない場合、来年は生活の形を考え直すと言いました。ただ、食べていけることでやりたいことってあまりないんですが…。
